I LOVE EATING SALTY-SWEET-CRUNCHY SNACKS. I WISH I KNEW OF ONE THAT IS NOT SO CALORIC. FOR SOME REASON I LIKE THE COMBINATION OF THE SNACK. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANYTHING?

Hmmm, ever try granny smith apples w/reduced fat peanut butter?  Soy crisps, though I'm not sure they have any that would help with the salty and sweet desire if you like 'em together, unless you ate the sea salt ones and used a little sugar free jam on 'em. . .

Those are my ideas, sure there will be others along shortly. . .

Take reduced fat cheese slices and cut them into squares. Sprinkle with a mixture of garlic salt & seasoning salt (just a dab) and bake them at 350 degrees just until crispy. Watch close because they burn easily. Tastes like a goldfish cracker but is protien!

Hmmmmm    Lately I've been peeling and seeding cucumbers.  I cut them into chunks then sprinkle salt on them... let them sit while I chunk an onion, peel & seed a tomato.  combine all the veggies..  add  salad vinegar, and ice.   You could add some splenda for the sweetener.  I've found this combination to be very satisfying.  You can experiment around with the amount of each ingredient to find what tastes best for you.  It is an easy to grab snack with little calories.    Millie
